Rachel Karnoscak

Rachel Karnoscak is the Director of the Business Program Division of DregerLaw^SM. In that capacity, Ms. Karnoscak manages the financial development aspects of the innovative premium based Small Business Advocate^SM program and the essential new business corporate counsel guidance program known as Small Business Guardian^SM.

Utilizing her strong background and experience in providing financial analysis and reorganization services to evolving businesses, Ms. Karnoscak provides members of the Small Business Advocate and Small Business Guardian programs, assistance with the administration of their memberships as well as the financial management of their accounts with DregerLaw.

Ms. Karnoscak also serves as the Accounts Manager for DregerLaw. In this role, she is responsible for the financial, budgetary and record keeping functions of the firm.

Ms. Karnoscak holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Illinois University and is an active member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.  In 2012, she earned an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
